You won't find WHM directly within cPanel, as they are separate interfaces designed for different user roles:
- cPanel is meant for end-users or individual website owners. It provides tools to manage files, databases, emails, and other aspects of a specific hosting account.
- WHM (Web Host Manager) is intended for server administrators and resellers. It allows for managing multiple cPanel accounts, server configurations, and hosting packages.
Accessing WHM
If you have WHM access, you log in separately from cPanel:
- WHM Login URL:
- https://yourserverIP:2087 or https://yourdomain.com:2087
Switching Between cPanel and WHM
If you're logged into WHM, you can access cPanel accounts you've created:
- Log into WHM.
- Navigate to Account Information > List Accounts.
- Click the cPanel icon next to the account you want to access.
Summary
You won’t find WHM in cPanel; they are distinct interfaces for different user types. If you need to manage multiple accounts or server settings, you'll use WHM. For managing a single website, you'll use cPanel
